Description

Business is easier to follow when you can see how the parts fit together. This course gives you a clear, structured introduction to the main functions of a business, from value creation and business models to marketing, sales, finance, operations and strategy. It is designed for beginners, so concepts are explained in plain language without assuming prior business study.

You will work from foundations to application. Rather than learning topics in isolation, you will see how customer needs, revenue, costs, planning, people and day-to-day delivery connect inside a real organisation. The course uses practical frameworks, simple calculations and realistic examples that help you speak the language of business with more confidence.

By the end, you will be able to analyse how a business works, explain the drivers of performance, and interpret the core decisions that shape growth and competitiveness. It is a strong starting point for further study in business, management, marketing, finance or entrepreneurship.
