Description
This course turns leadership from something vague into a set of practical skills you can apply straight away. It is built for people who already manage at least two people and want to lead more effectively, delegate with confidence, motivate different personalities and spend less time firefighting.
You will work through the core behaviours of effective leadership, common mistakes that damage credibility, practical delegation methods, ways to involve employees in decisions, and simple approaches to keeping your finger on the pulse without micromanaging. Academic leadership theories are included, but always translated into day-to-day choices a manager actually has to make.
By the end, you will have a usable leadership toolkit for work and home: clearer priorities, a happier environment, stronger team capability and more time to focus on the future instead of doing everything yourself.
