Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in two clicks from My Pass. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my progress if I cancel?

It's saved. Courses you joined through the Pass pause when it ends, and everything comes straight back, progress included, if you rejoin.

Do I keep my certificates?

Always. Certificates you earn are yours to keep and share, and employers can verify them at any time.

What about courses I've already bought?

They're yours forever, with or without the Pass.

How does billing work?

Your card is charged automatically each month or year by Paystack, and you get an email receipt each time. You can update your card from My Pass.

How do I pay?

With a debit or credit card through Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically, so a reusable card is needed.

Why is the price in dollars but charged in naira?

Our prices are set in US dollars, and payments are processed in Nigerian naira at the day's exchange rate. Your bank converts it to your own currency, so your statement may differ slightly from the dollar price.
